Dear Shareholders Colleagues Customers and Consumers,
Year 2021 sowed hope in the minds and the world saw a hesitant yet a more pragmatic partial re-opening after an episode of unprecedented levels of geographical isolation and fear. Travels have resumed selectively and green shoots of hope started growing due to a concerted vaccine effort globally. Human race has time and again demonstrated a spirit of equanimity and compassion in dealing with the COVID-19 challenge. Mega Lifesciences has been an active partner in promoting Human Wellness during this challenging phase by working tirelessly to manufacture select supplements, vitamins and pharmaceutical products to promote immunity and assisted recovery for those affected with COVID-19.
Mega Lifesciences has begun yet another decade of ‘wellness we care’ at Mega. Our journey spanning beyond 3 decades has brought us from humble beginnings with two machines and few people to a Mega family of more than 6,000 employees.
We are seen today as a credible partner in Human Wellness across 36 countries where we are present.
We continue to adopt a greater PURPOSE of taking care of Human lives and helping humans remain healthy as long as they live and a greater expectation of health empowerment. Mega Lifesciences continues to exhibit resilience in the company’s resolve to remain as an organization which will continue to Live and Grow beyond each of us. The Company has emerged with strong cashflow and robust financial and business strategy. The Company continues to value each and every one of it’s 6,000 + employees across the globe and encourages each and every employee and stakeholder to pursue a life of Wellness and We care.
Yemen remains a country of concern due to the prolonged war and a civil situation that has manifested itself in the form of a never-seen-before health emergency. Ukraine remains sensitive due to the political climate in the region. Nigerian economy shows welcome signs of stability. But currency situation remains under observation.
Mega Lifesciences has decided to further its journey in Sustainability. Mega Lifesciences’ Wellness We care Foundation continues to engage with communities and helping in Building Better Lives across the globe. Mega Lifesciences has made a significant impact on the communities through its Wellness We care Center in Muaklek, Thailand. The Company is determined to promote awareness related to Non-Communicable disease which is a silent killer and poses a significant challenge for Thailand and Global economy.
Mega Lifesciences and its 6,000 + strong team including Directors, Management and all the valued members have set on a journey towards a better planet by promoting Green business practices and help to build a better world. Emphasis remains on solar power, waste reduction, Community engagement, promoting human rights across the value chain, Risk management, Stakeholder engagement, UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and Good Corporate Governance.
With a renewed focus on Sustainability, Strategy, Governance and ethics, I am confident 2022 holds promise for Mega’s growth. We remain steadfast in our commitment to life-long learning, providing expert training and development opportunities to ensure our directors and front line employees not only maintain the highest commitment to our ethics and transparency, but equally deliver world class standards across our processes, products and procedures regardless of the market in which we operate.

Dear shareholders,
Welcome to our annual performance report for 2021.
First and foremost let me thank all of you for believing in us and supporting us in this journey to build brands that focus on human wellness. Allowing us to build a business that is focussed on helping people stay healthy as long as they live. This pursuit has helped us stay focussed on delivering long term value to our consumers and to become a part of this life long journey.
2021 was very challenging for Mega We Care, operating in countries where vaccine availability was low and uptake slow, we continued to work and support our partners- doctors, pharmacists who toiled to keep up their efforts to be their for patients and customers. Our mega team was there every day working and following government regulations to serve our customers. The supply chain spent days and nights ensuring manufacturing and deliveries did not stop. All their hard work and years of focus and trust that has been build, with our relentless belief in ensuring quality products backed by science and with honest communication is the reason for our performance.
We continue to build our new product pipeline and develop our manufacturing capabilities to bring new technologies and dosage forms-powders, liquids, sachets and new delivery formats including sustained release tablets to offer them to the elderly and children. We have also embarked on developing plant based supplements and nutrition products to add to our portfolio under our natural we care range.
Our social enterprise–wellness we care, a part of Mega We Care for the education and development of lifestyle programs so people can stay healthy as long as they live. Also, reduce the burden of disease on governments and families and allow humans to enjoy their lives till they live, continues to develop and spread. As a wellness company we have a role in helping societies stay healthy. We have also launched our health@home division dedicated to digital wellness, integrated with our business to support consumers and partners to manage their conditions. This is work in progress, so we can go beyond just products.
We are now a 6000+ strong company operating in 36 countries. And we have a long way ahead of us to build our pharmaceutical health care - phc, consumer health care-chc and natural health care-nhc, along with our wellness we care - wwc and health@home divisions aligned to our purpose - we care for YOUR WELLNESS.
The financial results have been exceptional, some a result of covid and the interest that it has generated on managing health and some as a part of our regular business growth initiatives. We remain very committed to growing our business and have plans to double our bottom line by 2025, compared to our 2019 results.
I once again thank you for continued support and trust in the management and the strategy in place to create a wellness brand in developing markets.
Wishing you all good health and praying for a early end to covid confinement, so all of us can go about our normal lives and every business prospers.
With thanks and gratitude.
Mr. Vivek dhawan, CEO and Chief Coach
